The opening of Berlin's new airport Berlin Brandenburg International (scheduled for 3rd June) had to be postponed due to unforeseen delays in the construction works.

During the time of the DEBS 2012 conference, Berlin's current two airports Tegel and Schönefeld will remain open, and flights will be diverted to one of these two airports.

We recommend DEBS 2012 visitors who have already booked their flights to Berlin to check with their airline and ask to which of the two airports their flight will be diverted.
